## What is App Blocker?

You've tried app blockers. You switched them off in five seconds. Bernie Bouncer is different: to open a blocked app, you have to get past the bouncer first, and he's not easily convinced.

Instead of a timer you'll ignore, every distracting app gets a doorman. Reach for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or anything you choose and you land in a chat. State your business. Make your case. If your reason holds up, you get a few minutes. If it doesn't, the door stays shut, and that little bit of friction is enough to win back hours.
