## What is App Blocker Focus Fomo Fast?

Fomo Fast is intermittent fasting for your apps. You pick the apps that eat your day, give them short feed windows, and outside those windows they stay locked behind a system shield.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Pick your apps. Apple's private picker keeps the list on your device, so Fomo Fast never sees which apps you chose.
2. Set your feed windows. A window is the time your feeds are open, say twenty minutes at lunch and an hour in the evening.
3. Live your day. Outside the windows the shield covers those apps. Inside them you have a daily allowance of minutes, and the shield returns when the allowance runs out.

The app list never leaves your device. Fomo Fast uses Apple's Screen Time framework, which means we can shield apps without ever seeing what you do inside them. No account is required to use the app.

FOMO FAST PRO
Pro is a subscription with a free trial. Weekly and yearly plans are available. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings at any time.
