## What is App Guardian?

Open social media without thinking, then realize you have been scrolling.
App Guardian adds one deliberate pause before that reflex. It is an app blocker for adults and older teens managing their own iPhone.

Apps you select stay blocked. When you truly need one, unlock just that app for 5, 10, 30, or 60 minutes—or choose a custom time. App Guardian blocks it again when time ends.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
