横須賀の日光建設株式会社、横須賀中央アパマンショップから入れるように指示されて使っています。

賃貸の問題があった際はチャットで連絡を取れるようになっていますが、連絡してから直接催促するまで数日返信がありませんでした。その後も問題がありチャットを送りましたが1週間ほど経っても返信なし。

直接連絡してみると、急ぎなら電話でも対応できますとのこと。そういう問題ではないだろう。急ぎでなくとも営業翌日には返信するのが妥当ではないだろうか。

もしかしたらアプリからの通知が出ないなどの不具合があるかもしれない。そう思って強くは言えないが、いずれにせよ対応の質が低いことは明らかだ。

ロッカーのパスワード、取扱説明書などアプリ上で確認できでとても便利です。
気になる事があればチャットでやり取りできるので嬉しいです。
ただ、大事な事も全てアプリを通して来る（ポストに投函などはない）ので通知オンにしていないと気づけないです。
