## What is App VIVO SEGURO?

Fundación Viva presenta la App VIVO SEGURO, una herramienta de Seguridad Ciudadana y de Lucha contra la Violencia, mediante la cual el usuario puede comunicarse en cuestión de segundos con la estación policial más cercana que tenga una línea gratuita 800 14. Solo se necesita presionar un botón y utilizando la georeferenciación de estas líneas el usuario que sufra o presencie un hecho de violencia o de emergencia podrá contactarse con el módulo policial más próximo, sin necesidad de memorizar ningún número o utilizar una guía. Además tiene la opción de configurar un número de contacto al que se le notificará cuando a través de la App el usuario haya hecho una llamada a la policía, informándole de la ubicación desde donde se realizó la llamada. También permite llenar una encuesta de satisfacción luego de haber realizado la llamada y recibido el servicio.
