APPA Rate provides Ranking Features and Handicap Rates for Registered APPA-Rate Subscribers. This allows Tournament Organisers and League Operators, the opportunity to Rank their playing members, as well as open tournament fields up to a wider range of players, while also offering a fair and calculated handicapping system to provide a fair, honest and balanced playing field for every entrant in the tournament.
