It just keeps coming up that it’s not available right now. I tried going to support but I couldn’t seem to get to that either. Every time I TRY it use this app it says the app is overloaded and will be back shortly. You’d think 24 hours would possibly be enough time, but NO evidently it’s not. I said that to say this; part of the app is functional but no all of it. Thus the 24 hrs statement. Are they trying to faze out the whole app, or what…YIKES! I LOVE this app. It is SO informative and so very organized. That, in part, is why it is especially useful for seniors who are not familiar with everywhere to seek information about apps…and it is ALL in one place. I even tried the “APP DEVELOPER” and IT even said the aforementioned “overloaded” status. That is scary in itself. PLEASE, PLEASE fix this awesome in so many ways app I’m pleading with you. ### 1/5 — Constantly crashing *2023-08-16, version 6.0* 12/7/2022. Time to delete as it is no longer functional. 9/13/2022 Update: stopped working with iOS 16. When will they update?Begin getting to think to delete app. I've used this app for years and it has been a regular favorite but its UI is a useless mess right now. Needs serious updating, repair or replacement before a newcomer fills the void. It’s just a broken website with an app interface that doesn’t recognize its own browser. Unless they choose to make it work again this is a waist of your time to even download. I’ve tried to email support and the email address is also returning an error response, as in no able to deliver. I really hope it’s just an issue with their server or provider, and that they reach out to their loyal following here to give us news of what’s going on. No other service that I know has that much useful information and advice presented in such a way, easy to navigate and thorough.
