Fix it or I’m taking my money elsewhere! ### 1/5 — Does not work! *2019-12-09* Like other reviews have stated, the new app does not work. I went from not being able to access my bank account for a week on the old app to a new app that I was instructed to download that DOESN'T EVEN WORK. I set up all my information, only for the app to say that it can’t locate my account when I log in. Things were fine before the bank “updated their system” and messed everything up. I’m by far not the only unhappy customer and I am considering switching banks. If it isn’t broken, don’t fix it! ### 1/5 — Love it, but recent issue *2019-09-13* I love the app, I make my vehicle payment on it and basically never have to log into the online portion or even have to stop at the actual branch. I have been having a issue lately where I try to access my account statement and it exits the entire app. It stays up fine until I click to view that. I can still transfer funds with no problem but just to see my checking statement it completely closes the app. Please resolve, I have to take the extra time to access the online portion and by doing that I wouldn’t need the app. ### 1/5 — Mobile Deposits Fail *2019-04-29* The human who approves the mobile deposits for this app (Amanda) declines my deposit because she thinks the amount I entered doesn’t match the amount of the check. I have screen captures documenting that they are the same. I have no idea what amount Amanda would like me to enter. If you use this app, you are unfortunately at the mercy of humans who can’t read numbers. ### 1/5 — HORRIBLE *2016-11-17* Thank heaven the local branches are a pleasure to deal with. Bad thing is that when you don't have time to go there, you have to try and use this STUPID website. I have to change my password EVERY visit just to access my account!! On top of that, its like squeezing blood from a turnip to find and and access a bill function to pay on your account! Horrible just horrible, I thought after a few months of getting used to how it worked, it would get easy...WRONG!!! This stupid website needs completely redone!! ### 1/5 — Behind the Times *2016-08-03* This app still remains behind the times. It lacks features that other local credit unions and banks have in their apps. The biggest feature missing is mobile deposits. You cannot take a picture of a check for deposit. ALL other financial institutions have this app feature. ### 1/5 — App is now crashing. *2015-03-29, version 4.7.286* The app keeps crashing so I have no way of knowing how much money is in my account and I can't transfer money to my card. ### 2/5 — Doesn’t work *2019-11-04* All of my accounts say unavailable when I log in now. Contacted a representative and he told me to uninstall then install the app again. Didn’t help. I’ve contacted people and nothing is done. Before this update, it was great. Our Norton Branch made it feel like we were dealing with family not just doing business as usual with any other business. I can not say enough good things about My Credit Union!! ### 5/5 — First years were rough, Now its superb! *2025-08-11* I use Rogersville TN’s branch for banking. Nice southern style bank. Clerks are super hospitable and knowledgeable about what they do. They have always delivered the best service when it comes to anything financial. The first years the app was terrible. It was always signing me out and locking me out. The app felt like it was always down every other day. Sometimes even twice a day it would be out of service and I’d have to try again the next day. It was a little complicated to navigate too, but 6 years later and the made a complete 360 with the app. Somehow delivering sorta the same type of experience you would have if you visited the branch in person. It feels easy and has an almost southern friendly style too. With the colors of the company. It’s quite welcoming. They also added 24/7 support and the ai is not as bad as one may think. So all in all. They have really shaped up to be an incredible bank. With fraud detection like no other, night and day drive through depositing and withdrawal all through the ATM. Then of course you could always go inside but the night depositing is super handy for if you ran a business past bank hours. The only thing I’d have to say about the business service side of things is some of their branches require you to have 1,000 dollars in the business bank account or they will take a 10 dollar fee every month. I’d rather a one time fee for a business account. Other than that I’d say nowadays they are sitting pretty. ### 5/5 — Great Credit Union! *2025-07-03* ACFCU is the best Credit Union (or bank) that I have done business with. They have my account pulled up as I walk in and greet me by name. It always asks for a security code instead of using Touch ID when I go into the app. It is not my phone causing the issue because Touch ID works on all other apps. I have spoken with people in the AFCU branch and they say nothing is wrong but this issue needs to be investigated further because it is most likely a bug. ### 5/5 — Bill pay *2017-08-21* Several months ago my iPhone had an update and the bill pay button disappeared from this app for a couple of days before coming back. Now, another update, and the bill pay button is gone again, it's been just over a week now. I just want to pay my bills. Your app offers a ton of stuff it can do, but I just want to pay my bills. Please fix, my credit score is at stake. ( P.S.) I have no internet where I live so no computer to login to the bank with, everything is through my iPhone. Update,,, ok it's august and the bill pay function has been fixed for the past couple of months,,,, thank you so much,,,, I go to the mail box, get a bill, open the app, pay the bill, done.
