An we at least get an app that lets us know more details about our bill. The city of Lynchburg has a better app for water service than this company. ### 2/5 — Not working! *2025-09-10, version 1.19.7* “Can not connect to host server” Edited: update did not fix anything, still “can’t connect to host server”! ### 1/5 — Trash *2023-05-21* Horrible app and horrible company. They think they can just jack your bill up and say you have unusual activity but you can’t talk to nobody on the chat, can’t look up usage, nothing. I’ll be contacting Attorney General’s office come Monday. So sick of these companies wanting every dime you got but give crap customer service. ### 1/5 — App issues *2023-05-12* I’ve been using the app for quite some time now and never had issues with it until the recent update. I reset my password and yet I still can’t get on the app. Please fix ### 1/5 — HORRIBLE SERVICE *2021-07-08* This app doesn’t work - neither does the website. It seems others have been having the same issue for awhile ever since updating a website. You’d think with the amount of electric bills plus a recent upcoming rate increase they could improve customer service. This past bill after waiting an entire month thinking surely things would be fixed to pay my bill - didn’t happen. This results in having to write a check and mail or call which is all automated and takes FOREVER on top of an additional charge. Get it together for your customers. Always says “OOPS, there’s a problem on our end.” No joke, the problem is your app is terrible and 99.9% of the time completely USELESS. It’s just aggravating. ### 3/5 — FIX THE APP!!!! *2020-12-09* I have used this app for a long time and haven’t had any trouble until now! Every time I go to look at something or for instance I’m trying to add an account number I get the same thing over and over and it says “OOPS! Something went wrong on our end, try again!” I can’t even login now!!! Very frustrating!!! ### 2/5 — Great app when it works *2020-12-08* I used to love this app. So easy to pay my AEP bill but recently, it’s down more than up. It erroneously rejected a payment I made saying there was no account found even though I had been using this app and same account for months and the account number was clearly on record. I deleted app and reinstalled and it took payment but it caused AEP to charge me a fee for returned payment. I’ll be deleting this app permanently and use auto pay. ### 1/5 — Something has gone wrong *2020-12-08* I’ve used this app since I discovered it a couple years ago. It’s really great until recently. Something is wrong and it will no longer let me login. Time and time again month and month again. As soon as the app comes up it says can not connect to host. No it is not on my end because everything else on my phone works except this app. Please fix your app so I can pay my bill ### 1/5 — Thieves among us *2025-06-24* I had a seven credit score when I moved here now I’m heading towards a five just because I can’t pay my other bills because of this is the worst electric company power company I’ve ever seen in my life. I’ve lived in Florida. The highest bill I have was $70 a month. Normally it was 45 and that’s a Mobile Home with central air for five years in Maryland. I never seen anything like it. I owe 1000 and some dollars and I paid it off in February. I live in a bottom apartment with no central air with no Worcester dryer no dishwasher. It makes no absolute sense at all. I’m getting ready to go live in 10. ### 1/5 — Robbed Without a Gun *2025-03-02* I have never deleted an app so fast but not fast enough. I was still robbed! “Make payment”means We will empty your bank account and keep going!!! Not only did I have an overdraft fee from my bank!, Apco resubmitted the fictitious payment for yet another $30 overdraft fee!! My bank just reversed the first overdraft fee (a one time courtesy) Apco charged me $10 for bad check, will not accept checks or debit/charge card for 6 months due to “bad”check! Remittance must paid by cash, certified check or money order!! Also I cannot participate in any payment extension or payment plan because of this “bad” check. Thankfully ,I was able to contact a very helpful and competent Apco employee at the 800 number that was able to override the $10 fee enabling me to schedule payments again! Now I hope that my bank can reverse this $30 overdraft fee on the same check!!! Unbelievable! Greedy people !!! *2024-12-09, version 1.19.2* This company is a horrible company that takes full advantage of customers they have the highest prices and have the most unreliable service in our area if you can stay away from this company I would strongly suggest that!! Your bill will average 150-250 dollars more than other companies in the region but they have a monopoly and we need to stop them call your state representatives and let’s make this company pay for its greed and unwillingness to help its own customers!! Also most recent study showed that AEP is 50% higher than BVU or TN electric these people don’t care about you or reducing prices!!!! ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work! *2024-02-13, version 1.18.23* Why can’t someone fix this app?
