J’ai contacté Appeak Poker par e-mail et via Facebook pour un problème sur mon compte, mais je n’ai reçu aucune réponse. Cela fait plusieurs jours que j’attends, et le support semble totalement inactif. Une application sérieuse devrait au moins répondre à ses utilisateurs. Once I realised this I stopped buying. If they are getting greedy n rigging the purchase options I stop. If they didn’t think so short term n treat users like this I probably would have bought more. In the long term they are losing out. Pity I did like it and would have continued to use. But not now. I went to rebuy and I was constantly given A “request time out” message. UNTIL I selected the more expensive chip package. And so this went until I was unable to purchase any chips unless I decided to spend $24.99. No thank you. When I tried to register with Facebook just like I did the first time I downloaded the app. It says Facebook does not recognize this account even though I was able to hit continue when Facebook asked me if I wanted to continue with the poker app. Then all of a sudden something came up saying appeak does not recognize my Facebook account. So I lost all the chips I spent a whole month earning because I can’t get back into my original account which I registered with Facebook the first day I downloaded this app a month ago. Honestly a solid poker app. I’ve played a lot of poker apps the last 15-20yrs and this one is worth checking out. It’s very cookie cutter. Not a lot of customization. No pop ups (which is nice.) Dont get me wrong - there is a lot of things that need cleaned up but this games perfect for those who enjoy the game of Texas holdem and don’t care to much for all the other “bells and whistles” that the other poker apps have. They have a bankroll leaderboard which gives you a chase. A leveling system. I would like to see a time bank added eventually. Although I love the fast paste - sometimes it’s nice to slow down when you’ve got a big decision. Other than that.
