## Most critical reviews (4 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Doesn't receive pages while app is not open

*2023-09-27, version 1.0.6*

If your screen isn't on the app all the time, it will not receive pages until you open the app again. This is on iPhone 15

### 1/5 — Poorly executed

*2019-07-07, version 1.0.2*

For a smart phone application to be less technologically capable than a 30-year-old pager says it all. The light version does not allow an individual to be “off call“ without the cumbersome step of logging out of the application. You cannot vary audible tone type or duration. You cannot see an entire page after you have excepted it; it will be cut off with an ellipsis. The only reason to purchase an application like this is because it was dead cheap (although I have information that it wasn’t) or because your health information system department is in capable. Avoid this application.

### 2/5 — Minimalistic

*2019-07-04, version 1.0.2*

It’s called “lite” for a reason. Physicians really need a 2 way encrypted communication system— like a WhatsApp for medicine. No user adjustments for alarm sounds or for anything, as far as I can discover. This is just a simple fixed page on a phone—pretty disappointing for 2019. Does not work when all other programs’ alarm sounds are switched off by “do not disturb”. So be prepared for everyone to be woken by every email, notification and text when on call. Advantage? Better display than a page. Less weight to carry around, I suppose.

### 3/5 — No Sleep

*2019-07-02, version 1.0.1*

Functions as a pager, but you must have “Do Not Disturb” turned off, so you are awoken by every e-mail, message, etc.
Developers need to work to have a toggle on to allow it to still work when “Do Not Disturb” is turned on, so that it (and your phone) are the only things that can wake you, otherwise you’ll be awoken all night on-call.
