The app is badly in need of bug fixes. It stopped sending push notifications for a long while. Then it started but wouldn’t sound any audible alerts, just a banner if I happened to be on the phone. All my settings are correct. Now it’s back to having stopped notifications altogether. People grab worthwhile appearances nearly instantly, so it’s basically the same as not having the app at all now.

The idea is great and the website works but the iPhone app is terrible. The login doesn’t work half the time and the app does not show matches appearances or appearances. A few quick updates could go a long way.

While the service is great, the app is horrible. It constantly logs you out, it takes 12 min to connect to server, it sends multiple (14) notifications when there’s a new referral. The app is not ready for use.

Push notifications have never been particularly reliable, especially after the most recent update. They stopped working for me all together, even after I deleted and reinstalled the app. The app can take 30 seconds or more too load (if at all) and that makes it difficult to accept assignments.

The service is not marketed particularly well in some areas. In the many months I’ve had this app, there have maybe been 6 or 7 appearance assignments post for San Diego County.

Lawyers have on commodity - time. This app allows an attorney to leverage their time, assign simple appearance tasks to other attorneys, pickup side work, maximize efficiency and profits. It is like having an army of attorneys in standby in case you need extra help. Best of all you only pay when you place an order. There is absolutely no reason not to have this app as part of your toolset as a practicing attorney.

Relied on this app so many times. I manage 5 attorney profiles for our firm from 1 account (this used to take 2 hours from day, almost every day). Fast and reliable app. Their support team is so sweet and always helpful.

I have been using this app very often recently. Last time I had an emergency at my house and was not able to go to court at set time so this app saved my day. Appearance was gone in several minutes (in fact 30 mins were left till hearing). I received a report form appearance lawyer after like 3 hours and to be honest I had already forgotten about that hearing. Thanks for understanding lawyers taught life 👌🏻😊
