## What is Apped?

Apped is the iPhone app that helps you build iPhone apps by chatting with AI.

Describe a habit tracker, recipe book, workout timer, map-based guide, mini game, business tool, or prototype. Apped's coding agent writes real React Native, Expo, and TypeScript code, streams its progress into chat, and lets you preview the result on your phone.

What you can do:
- Start from a prompt or a working starter
- Preview native screens on your iPhone
- Build with camera, maps, charts, animations, SQLite, sensors, haptics, notifications, and more
- Add app backends with Hono, Drizzle, SQLite, Socket.IO, and auth support
- Share apps with public preview links
- Roll back with version history when an iteration goes the wrong way
- Export the full Expo project on Max and continue in Xcode, Cursor, VS Code, or your own workflow

Apped is useful for founders testing an idea, students learning by building, creators making personal tools, and developers who want quick React Native prototypes without starting from a blank project.

It is not a website wrapper. Apped focuses on real mobile app code and a phone-first workflow: describe the idea, watch the agent build, tap Preview, then keep refining in chat.
