Appfigures leaves all the other dashboards standing when it comes to an easy representation of app performance and income. It’s fantastic and way beyond what we could have achieved using say mixpanel. Well done! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Completely idiot update *2024-07-18, version 1.4.0* Are you people completely nuts, what is the point of this new app picker when it just adds more taps to get the same thing done as before?, you need to focus on the reliability of your service and stop adding useless additions that can’t even be called features, only an idiot would think that this app picker adds any value at all never mind that it was needed, fire the idiot! ### 1/5 — Cannot get the app working. *2024-01-22, version 1.3.5* I’ve had the Appfigures app on two different phones now and I’ve just get that circle going round and round every time I try to open it. It just will not pull in the figures. The service costs too much for the functionality that’s available, and the dat that is there isn’t reliable. Better off using App Store Connect or App Annie to get the data for your App and avoid this altogether. ### 1/5 — Limited Functionality and Errors Out *2018-11-07, version 1.2.0* The search and filtering functions are incredibly limited. ### 1/5 — Incorrect data - bad customer service *2018-10-08, version 1.2.0* App functions well, but their subscription data for Android is incorrect and they refuse to correct it. They repeatedly blame Google for the issue and won’t provide an update on when it will be corrected. The UI design looks very pretty, but is a fail from this perspective.
