Every plan is automatically renewed but it was not clearly stated when I purchased a yearly plan last year and no one could prove it clearly stated that when I signed up. I did not receive any notice it would be renewed and the only place to view your billing info is on the site, not the app. So when my plan automatically renewed I reached out to request a refund and cancel my service the same day. Not only did the customer service agent not provide adequate information, she kept on not responding to my question on how to appeal the non-refund policy. Even looking on their policy they state they try to be compassionate and some exceptions are made. Well I let them know I have a neurological disability I could prove by a medical doctor that makes things hard for me to process and I had been severely effected by the pandemic but that didn’t matter. Liz said, “well you got a discount plan so it doesn’t qualify for a refund either.” Really?! Again, where does it say I bought a discount plan? Because no one could show me where it says that either. Their customer service is some B.S. platitudes they write to make you think the “Customer Happiness” agents are really there for you. Bottom line, Meta offers Creator Studio which has better features and is completely free. Why pay a fortune for this app that is glitchy, still requires you to manually post things and doesn’t care for their customers, only for profit. This app is part of the problem in the world, not a solution. Además que se ha de recordar si usar la app o escritorio según qué cosas. Es por eso que solicito darme de baja de su servicio (al ser ajeno al appstore, les estoy escribiendo a sus formularios).(17 de julio) Actualizo reseña a 7 de agosto. Que nadie se suscriba. As I began to dive into using it more, I found things that I did not like about the app. Posting manually is not some thing that I enjoyed at all, also customer service was horrible. You could never reach a live person. Their phone number is a Google phone number. It was all suspect. I have reached out to them several times because I canceled my subscription, and they still charged me for the force subscription. No one has ever responded to my emails or phone calls, which is horrible customer service. They need to do much better than this!!!!!!! Yes I’ve tried ALL of them. Even the bigger apps. The amount of features in the app is impeccable. When comparing it to the other apps there was always something they were missing a feature i wish they had to make my life easier. Well Apphi had it. The AI caption creator and post creator feature, is simply amazing, it Wowed me. Everything you will need to schedule and keep content going smoothly and efficient they have a feature for. Automatically saving captions hashtags, post scheduling time. Tedious task you have to continuously do in other apps, it’s a one time set up then automation. This company is the future innovation we need in AI to make our lives easier by automation. I’ve noticed i spend days away from social media now thanks to them. This has freed up so much of my time, and energy. The app is very smooth, i haven’t noticed any glitches and I’ve been on there for a month now with premium membership. The membership is worth it and i highly suggest. the amount of features the app have justify the membership pricing you won’t regret it. Customer service is out of this world. They respond back right away, and go above and beyond to help you navigate and solve any issues. That alone sold me to buy my membership. I’m still waiting on an email back from other apps. You won’t regret Apphi.
