If you’re in logistics or field work, this app will absolutely slow you down. The worst part? It can’t handle weak signal. If you’re in the back of a store or in a low-reception area, the app becomes completely unusable. No offline mode, no task caching, nothing. You’re forced to restart or wait until you get better signal—which kills productivity. Fix this: • Add proper offline mode with local caching • Sync in microbursts when signal returns • Automatically switch to offline mode when signal is weak • Stop the constant crashes This app is not ready for real-world, mobile-heavy work. It needs serious fixes. ### 1/5 — No Feedback At All *2022-02-17* I am not able to log in, and I don’t see any error message. ### 1/5 — Not a good experience. *2021-05-05* I started using the app for work a few months ago. It constantly hangs and requires being forced closed. Seems very slow for such a simple task. It’s been difficult trying to log in and answer the Covid questionnaire before entering my employer’s building. Once I type in my username and password, it says that I should receive a text with a verification code, so I can type in. I didn’t have to type a code until now, a code that I don’t receive through text. I'm on work trip and they told us to download the app for covid to allow us in the school And it doesn’t let me in the app at all. Says I should have gotten a temp password to use never got it. Luckily the school is letting me in without it for now but they have tried to contact your customer Service also and have no luck.
