It’s interesting how many delivery partner contractors do not consider prompt, clear communication to be important. ### 1/5 — Developers shut my account down *2022-01-10* I’ve repeatedly emailed them about their app asking me to turn on my notifications to retrieve quests. They have responded to 0 of those emails. It seems as if they are BIG MAD because I had emailed them about a glitch their app had where you couldn’t end your quest when the quest was clearly over. Was only trying to help improve the experience. Oh well. **Developer response:** We're very sorry about your experience with the app. We did had to remove points collected from 2020 work activity for all our app users. But I’ve had to log back in multiple times after mysteriously being logged off without my knowledge, thus losing all credit for any work in the meantime. Now I can’t even log back in, as when I click to open the app, it send me to update, and from there when clicking open, I’m sent right back to the page with the only option to “update”. Very frustrating, especially since I’ve been working so hard this month and was of course and ironically, only days away from completing my challenge to get 12 coins I believe it was, (it was $4000 in deliveries). It used to be more advantageous. Being a part time gig worker I used to be able to get at least $10-$15 dollar gift cards. I’ve participated in calls on how to make it better and they’ve done the opposite. The challenges are really geared towards FULL TIME gig workers. For example in May…you had to make $2000 dollars before you could even get a $5 gift card…again not worth it. I’ve emailed the company with feedback but they aren’t listening. It’s all about how the company can gain. I’ve expressed concern about selling information especially since the rewards are so low/unattainable. They swear they aren’t selling information, if not how/why else would they be in business. Increase rewards levels, decrease payout = more profits for them **Developer response:** Thanks for taking the time to give us feedback, particularly if this isn’t something you’d usually do. To start off with, we would like to point out that we do take all feedback onboard, we do listen and most importantly appreciate users taking time to tell us how we could improve what we do. Our product is in constant development, we understand that at this moment in time it’s not as advantageous for part-time workers and we’re truly working on rectifying that. It’s also important for us to underline that we do not sell people’s information, nor are we solely focused on our own gain and profits. While we’re fully aware we’re not quite there yet, our primary focus is to provide gig workers with an app they can use to maximize their time and income, make more informed decisions about when and where to work, be rewarded for the work they’re already doing and so on. We also invest in community projects aimed at supporting gig workers. All this to underline once more that our primary concern is providing gig workers with value, not abusing people’s trust by selling data or whatnot. Honestly, we’re sorry you no longer find our application useful and we’re also extremely sorry you feel like you’re not being listened to and that your time was wasted.
