Avoid this company they are useless. They don’t deserve a 1 star review. ### 2/5 — glitches *2021-06-10, version 33.2.4* try and book for your location, it’ll randomly decide I’m two roads over- even if I type in the address I want, it’ll change it to what ever it wishes ?! and when you book for a certain time and they will dispatch the taxi whenever - I had a guy ( at least twice now ) turn up early and I had to apologise to him and send him away feeling like a idiot but I check the booking and it still says the time I booked originally ### 1/5 — Cab fares *2021-05-19, version 33.2.4* I know the prices have gone up, but £5:00 from the Range to Drove road seems a bit extortionate! Rang the taxi company and they said “shouldn’t rely on the app it’s unreliable and doesn’t tell you if it’s late” they also apologised but at this point there is no point! so I wouldn’t bother downloading. Save there number and book your time -30 minutes to when you are meant to be there. Only way to be sure. ### 1/5 — Crashes on registration *2018-01-05, version 11.3.1* Despite leaving the 0 off of the phone number the app initially failed to send a verification code. Lacks some features like apple pay, and accuracy is not the best (recently booked taxi from town centre and on app shows me that im in the middle of the channel) but luckily you can pin your position on map. ### 3/5 — Rude taxi driver. *2019-10-15, version 32.1.1* Taxi driver told my 8 year old son to put his seatbelt on as he got in. I then asked him to hold my newborn whilst I put the pram in the boot. When the driver got in he asked me to put my seatbelt on and asked my son if he had his on, just as I was taking my newborn off him. The driver then told my son that he’d already told him before to put it on. My son gave me a sad little face but said nothing back. I think it was quite rude of the driver. No please or thank you or any good service from him at all. When we got out he seemed in a hurry again and gave part of the pram to my son to carry in an open car park and it is quite heavy for his age. Meanwhile I was juggling my newborn in one arm and the larger part of the pram in the other. Hope I don’t get the same driver again. Quite disappointed, I’m a regular taxi user and have spent hundreds on them over the last few months. I’ve had another bad experience before where I stayed at my friends when my newborn was about 2 weeks old. My baby’s changing bag got left behind in the taxi. I had to keep ringing them back for the next few hours whilst they tried to get hold of the driver. Hours later they said I’d have to wait till the next morning. I explained the situation and told them that my purse with my money and card was in the taxi and didn’t have anything on me or at home at the time. So I then asked if they could offer me a coupon or something for good will (a company in Bristol do it) they refused so I had to borrow money from my friend which was embarrassing to ask. I ended up getting a taxi back home then another back to hers, only to go back the next morning. Ended up spending double the amount. It was partly our fault for not double checking and partly his fault for closing the boot and not seeing the huge bag, then not being able to get hold of him, and waiting round for hours was frustrating. Waste of time and money and ruined our night. The driver ended up dropping it off to me the next morning. Which was a little helpful. Other than those two occasions I’ve enjoyed the app and service. But when I’m splashing out hundreds of pounds and get let down like this it gets quite annoying.
