### 2/5 — Slow

*2026-08-23, version 2.7*

The miles and steps seem to be very slow/delayed

### 3/5 — Pretty Nice, But Lacking

*2026-08-23, version 2.7*

This is a very well made app, looks great, easy to use and works well.

But, there’s no way to edit workouts (I only want a simple trim feature for when I forget to stop tracking) and no way to share my workouts with other apps.

Presumably that’s by design to keep me in the Apple ecosystem, but in reality it just makes me wanna use something else.

### 2/5 — App deletes progress

*2026-08-22, version 2.7*

This app is terrible at counting steps and placing it in the correct time frame. If I start walking at 7:59 and continue for 10 minutes without refreshing the app, it poaces the step count in the 7-8 hour time frame instead of actually recording 1 min. Walked in 7-8 timeframe and 9 min. Walked in 8-9 timeframe.

### 2/5 — Workout log issues

*2026-08-21, version 2.7*

There are so many times where I or my sister have worked out and our workouts are not registering! It’s EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING when we are trying to compete against each other in different states and our workouts won’t register in the app! Starting to really irritate me and this app is not worth the trouble!!

### 4/5 — Have enjoyed the app 3.5*

*2026-08-20, version 2.7*

It gets me moving but I m discouraged when I can’t rewind a few seconds for a Yoga move or Pilates because I can’t see since I’M FACING THE FLOOR!
I cast to my TV & have a difficult time doing some moves I’m physically capable of doing because I’m straining to try to see them.
I find the Yoga less than beneficial because it’s so fast paced, would be nice to have some challenging sessions that are enjoyable and not rushed.
Love the kickboxing and many of the trainers even the ones I know will push me harder. Would LOVE an option to remove the music- Apple does a good job with various playlist but most of us prefer our own.
Want more 5 minute sessions with other than core please because I can do them at work and it’s an excellent break from the stresses of work. Also LOVE getting to do a variety of different workouts with the various times you offer.

### 1/5 — Data Harvesting Daemon

*2026-08-19, version 2.7*

Cmon folx there are apps available that dont harvest your data. Use those. My recommendations:
- strength direct
- OutRun
- Steps
- CalMacro (not tested)
-OpenNutriTracker( collects less data)

### 4/5 — Loved the app but I noticed something is off

*2026-08-18, version 2.7*

It helps track my workouts and my heart rate. The problem I have been noticing is that it tracks the workout but won’t submit it to my time to close my rings. It will show I did 30 mins walking but won’t add to my rings. I’m annoyed

### 1/5 — Kinda works

*2026-08-18, version 2.7*

For some reason never works with Siri when you say start an out door run
And navigation- everything so tucked away and can be difficult to simply grind a work out you just did

### 3/5 — Heart rate tracking!!!

*2026-08-18, version 2.7*

Just got off the phone to Apple Support who couldn’t help me. Fitness plus heart rate tracking does not work with AirPods Pro 3. It will say no AirPods detected whilst showing the AirPod connected symbol. You can get audio through the AirPods just no heart rate feedback. Disappointing considering you can only use the heart rate feature on this and one other thing

### 4/5 — Please Don’t Automatically Pause the Workout

*2026-08-18, version 2.7*

This morning, while exercising, I responded to a text message. It automatically paused my work out, and I lost 1 mile of tracking. Please don’t automatically pause the workout.

### 1/5 — 😑🫤

*2026-08-17, version 2.7*

The fact it makes you pay for a subscription is wild

### 3/5 — Great App - Easy sync with Apple Watch - wish it had better activity tracking

*2026-08-16, version 2.7*

While the app itself is great with various support for activities and ease of use especially when using along with your Apple Watch, what it’s missing is better way to track your activities in terms of history. E.g. if I were to track improvements with all my 5K runs, the app don’t show past runs together for me track timings and compare, unless I go day by day for each closed rings to figure it all manually. Same goes for other workouts. Hope to see this feature on Fitness app soon.

### 2/5 — Challenges no longer work

*2026-08-16, version 2.7*

My bestie and I were using the challenges feature weekly to keep us motivated. It has suddenly stopped working - she never gets my invite, our last challenge we were able to complete doesn’t show the same data between hers and mine, and we can no longer compete due to an error. We have done every troubleshooting step Apple, ChatGPT, and the Genius Bar have recommended and there is no solution. We’ve unpaired our watches, deleted and redownloaded the app - everything. Very disappointing and we can’t seem to get a solution or get any help from the developer.

### 1/5 — Sync fail

*2026-08-15, version 2.7*

App refuses to sync with phone.

### 1/5 — Needs a few tweaks . I prefer other watches. Sadly

*2026-08-14, version 2.7*

Apple 11 watch feedback: Cant easily delete a error sports activities on the watch or on the app. Cant easily find the sports stats screen on the watch during a sports activity No HR during a swim , which is a bit alarming as i have a heart condition. Apple Ipad app version completely useless unless you have a subscription I am surprised with a development teams of many you haven't noticed nor fixed the flaws above . thanks Simon K

### 1/5 — Stopped working in May

*2026-08-14, version 2.7*

It still logs all my activities, but the active calories don't update. Super frustrating to see the workout (and corresponding kcal spike) but the ring and active calories counter stays under filled.

### 1/5 — Not sufficient for handicapping conditions

*2026-08-14, version 2.7*

This app does not have options for cane walking, walkers, guide dogs

### 1/5 — Pausing

*2026-08-14, version 2.7*

My app has always been amazing but for some reason here lately he keeps pausing in the middle of walks or runs which is very frustrating because it’s not accurately recording my miles.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Horrible UI

*2026-08-24, version 2.7*

Horrible UI like tell me why do i have to figure out how to delete a workout that i manually added, such a counterintuitive design

### 1/5 — Not good app

*2026-08-24, version 2.7*

This app is very annoying 😖Intirupting my day hate this app

### 1/5 — Decent app with a few “frustrations”

*2026-08-22, version 2.7*

Biggest flaw - Does NOT auto detect starting or ending an outdoor walk, despite getting into a car and using Apple Maps and driving 70h. Feedback has not been actioned.

Among the POSITIVES - Useful for tracking daily activities, fitness, steps etc.. Integrates well with Apple Health, Apple Watch 3, my OURA Ring & even better with Apple Watch 9.

Came in particularly useful when I had a serious illness and went into physical rehab as I had my baseline / pre-illness info and could track my rehab progress. The heart rate alerts was an early warning for a cardiac issue that was confirmed later on by drs.

Units can be in metric or imperial

Biggest Frustration:-
1- does NOT automatically track or detect when starting or completing an outdoor walk. Particularly frustrating when I’ve completed a walk then driven home & it tracks the whole journey, including the car drive as a walk, even when I use Apple Maps to navigate the drive

2- does not allow edits to the above e.g. No one can walk or run at 50 - 100kmh but I can’t delete that portion out of my journey

3- does not allow me to add customised activity e.g. gardening, housework

4- Cannot edit or delete the splits or legs where a drive in a car was recorded during an outdoor walk

### 1/5 — Wheelchair user

*2026-08-21, version 2.7*

Not many wheelchair friendly options, if you’re good at adapting and know alternative movements you will be good to follow along. Apple heart rate trackers don’t work at all I’m finding and usually have to pause a workout to let it get a reading.

### 1/5 — Poor

*2026-08-20, version 2.7*

Another example of Apple not sorting the basics. Half way through a workout it cuts off then plays without sound. The only thing to do is start again but you can’t fast forward. Not worth the subscription fee and will only help with basic fitness building. Doesn’t always sync after workouts and can take multiple restarts to get it to sync, same is true when trying to start an Apple fitness workout. The ‘fixes’ from Apple end up throwing data wildly off. If it was reliable it would blow competitors out of the water but unfortunately it doesn’t come close. Apple is now having a negative impact on my fitness. The fitness subscription will be the first to go and will most likely be followed by the watch. Absolutely awful.

### 1/5 — Latest update is irritating

*2026-08-20, version 2.7*

When I’m doing a work out, Ireally couldn’t care less about notifications about asking my iPad if it wants to join in on my workout; I really don’t want my iPad joining in on my workout. Or friends. Or anyone. I just want to see my heart rate and progress. I also don’t appreciate random segments being introduced and all manner of things that stop my workout tracking. Whoever did this is an absolute idiot and they’ve made the app much much worse.

### 1/5 — Basic editing needed

*2026-08-20, version 2.7*

It’s incredibly stupid that you can’t edit the end time of a workout you forgot to close out without deleting the whole thing and reentering.

### 1/5 — Stop prompting me “are you working out”

*2026-08-20, version 2.7*

If you detected that I’m working out, then I’m working out. RECORD IT

### 1/5 — Bizarre

*2026-08-20, version 2.7*

How do I log my workout so I can close my ring for the day? Seems like it would be possible but that feature is oddly missing, or I can’t find it. Kinda saps whatever extra motivation the app was starting to give me.

### 1/5 — Dang

*2026-08-19, version 2.7*

I can’t this to work. I have spent too much time trying to get it going. Not even one star.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Good app

*2026-08-23, version 2.7*

Simple and easy to use. I like being able to quickly check my daily activity step and workout all in one place

### 5/5 — Best workouts

*2026-08-18, version 2.7*

I’ve tried many online workouts over the years and these are by far the best. They focus on control and strength in a few exercises compared to loads of exercises with minimal results. They instructors explain how to properly do the exercise and get the most out of it. They are also very good at keeping you motivated. I’ve felt better results with this and more enjoyment than I have any other exercise videos or with any self led activity such as the gym. Would highly recommend!

### 5/5 — Love this fitness app!

*2026-08-13, version 2.7*

Such a great way to get in a workout in the comfort of your own home. Tons of options. Including dance- how fun! The customization is great. You can filter by time/equipment type/body area focus. I use this app every single day. Instructors are GREAT! One thing it’s lacking is a guided stretching option.

### 5/5 — AMAZING

*2026-08-13, version 2.7*

It’s amazing I love it there is nothing wrong with it with all the ither reviews they are nonsense thee is nothing wrong with it ist is amazing

### 5/5 — Great app

*2026-08-10, version 2.7*

Great app, but could be improved by having an animated icon, e.g. tracking your ring progress so the rings on the icon show your stats from Apple Watch fitness and what you've been doing. Overall no changes needed but that would be nice.

### 5/5 — Apple Fitness

*2026-08-09, version 2.7*

Update app please

### 5/5 — Bruh

*2026-08-09, version 2.7*

Only did five 5️⃣ stars ⭐️ bc I want this to be seen. Ok 👌 so it is veryyyyy annoying bc it got so mad 😡 at me bc I didn’t walk with it in my pocket yesterday so it started yelling at me for not walking 🚶‍♀️ even though I did it doesn’t know for sure 👍! I used to have it on notifications 🔔 📣📢 but then I rage 😡 quit because it was screaming 😱 at me for not walking 🚶‍♀️ with it. I’m also mad cuz it won’t let me watch videos without paying this is a money 💰 grabbing app go use your time on smth that won’t ask for your money 💵 So yeah 👍 kinda disappointed 😔 okay peace out ✌️

### 5/5 — Good app

*2026-08-05, version 2.7*

I like this app so much my dad showed me this app and I right think it’s very useful

### 5/5 — I don’t recommend this app for kids below 14

*2026-08-03, version 2.7*

A really great app but like you can get tired from doing too many workouts and it’s way too confusing for kids or tweens just like me

### 5/5 — Terrible distance tracking

*2026-07-18, version 2.7*

When running, the same leg might count as .5 miles, or as 1.5. There’s no way to trust this app
