This app in comparison is abysmal. Horrible routes, horrible UI, horrible traffic data. Even deleting this app won’t let Google Maps be default on iPhone. What data is this? How do I get rid of it? The maps are good, but I wish the app was transparent and provided controls to manage this “hidden” data. ### 1/5 — Got bad again *2026-08-28, version 2.3* I don’t know what’s happened but it’s started giving me directions that ware wrong. Same old garbage has come back again. Had me head east instead of west on the freeway and it wasn’t trying to avoid traffic, it was sending me in a circle.
