Don’t tell me to correct something that is correct. The app is just trash. It has been over a month past their original delivery date and still nothing! When you call in they have no idea what’s going on with your order and this app malfunctions left and right. I had a hard time getting a hold of them from 8 am - 11:30 then I finally got a answer. He said they have anywhere between 5 to get to me. Literally a hour later I’m scheduled for another week wait. I wouldn’t suggest this for anyone else. You have to pay close to $70 a month for this service and there unreliable equipment. Their portal is another disaster where you can’t modify an existing or cancel an existing work order. I have to enter in my card info every time I pay even though it says it is saved, random time during the day it will say it’s not working or there is an internet problem when literally everything else in my house is working.
