For such a reputable bank by which many customers have your credit cards, how dare you leave us to have to use a search engine rather than allow us the convenience of using the app. That total disregard for your credit customers. I would never have missed a payment if the app services would’ve been available to me. Remember you are making money off of us and we are just as deserving of you service and convenience as the next customer. Please correct this error of neglect as soon as possible if you chose to care and grant us this common courtesy. I never used the card that’s how terrible my experience was.
