I have to login MULTIPLE times a day and each time I lose notes that I took within the app

The app keeps asking for user and registrant information every time during login. Last year, it didn’t do that for Applied 2022.

Why does it keep logging me out? Last year didn’t have to login everytime I lunch the app. Is there a setting I am missing ?
