## What is AppLock?

AppLock keeps your private apps private.

Choose which apps to lock, and they stay shut behind your
passcode or Face ID until you unlock them. Hand your phone to
someone without a second thought.

FOUR PROTECTION MODES

Personal — the apps you always want locked, around the clock.

Focus — start a timed session and distractions lock themselves
away. The session ends on its own, so there's nothing to
remember.

Bedtime — your chosen apps lock overnight on a repeating
schedule and open again in the morning.

Kids — give an app a daily time allowance. When the time is
used up, it locks until tomorrow. (Requires iOS 17.4 or later.)

BUILT ON APPLE'S SCREEN TIME

AppLock uses Apple's own Screen Time framework, so locking is
enforced by iOS itself rather than by tricks that stop working
after an update.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Everything happens on your device. Your app choices never
leave it. There is no account to create, no server, and no
analytics. We cannot see which apps you lock, and neither can
anyone else.

UNLOCK WHEN YOU NEED TO

Approve a temporary unlock with Face ID when you genuinely
need an app, and it locks itself again afterwards.
