Need to take at an angle as well, which I feel stupid. Even after calling, I was promised a callback that never came. If the app cannot process applications properly, what’s the point of having it? After applying online, got the email and immediately deposited $$ to activate account. Then tried registering HLB Connect, it was unsuccessful stating I need a temporary ID from the branch. Why the hell collect my deposit only to make me go to branch to get this temporary ID?? I would have gone there if I could in the first place!! Why such inconvenience?
