I have purchased a race, the money were taken from my account, but never received the registration confirmation or the race ticket. 
There are no way to contact a customer support. 
No customer focus at all…

we apologize, as we came across your feedback only today. We do have a customer in the UK under the name "Johnatan" who registered with AppNRun on Dec. 27th, 2021. No purchase was made and thus no confirmation email was sent. We did not receive any contact request over the various channels we provide: contact form in our website's homepage, email at info@appnrun.it or WhatsApp/telephone chat or call via the contacts shown in homepage. We will try to get in contact with you using our customer profile information. Best regards
