Keep crashing *2023-04-11, version 2.3.2* What is going on? I use this app for my business but it is getting to the point of non functionality. It keeps freezing and crashing. It’s impacting my ability to schedule people, please figure it out ### 2/5 — APP KEEPS CRASHING *2023-01-17, version 2.3.2* This app is really good and simple to use .. WHEN IT OPENS. I have no problem using the website on my computer but this app on my phone is horrible. I open the app and sometimes can’t even sign in before it crashes. Can’t add a new appointment , can’t check appointments.. This is app is crashing and refuses to load my work. Every time I open it, it says cannot connect to the internet meanwhile every single app I have doesn’t have this issue. This is a major issue seeing how I cannot access my day or client information. This needs to be fixed sooner than later. ### 2/5 — Unable to open app on iPhone 11 Pro *2021-12-13, version 2.3.2* Tried to open but app crashes. Appointy works on a computer but not on my iPhone. Tried to enter a support request and page won’t load on iPhone. Developers need to address mobile issues since a lot of entrepreneurs use the phone as much, if not more, than a computer. ### 1/5 — Can't sign up? *2021-10-09, version 2.3.2* Looking for an app so I can hold all of my appointments and keep things in schedule and I download this it shows the login information but has nowhere to set up an account super dead end ### 1/5 — AVOID!! *2020-10-26, version 2.3.2* System advertises that you can run classes etc but doesn’t work! They built a complicated voucher system which isn’t easy for your customer. NO REFUND. I purchased professional package monthly & lost it. Not happy. Do not trust this company. ### 1/5 — Worst Scheduler *2020-09-01, version 2.3.2* Been fighting with Google for 6mo stating I’m the Owner of which had to get a Intellectual Property Attorney as the refused Government Documentation and Paperwork of which fixed. Now to get a Scheduler on the Google Listing of which contacted this Company and they said I am denied as my Google Listing is my House yet my Business has a Suite Address of which here we go AGAIN. Why can’t Google and Appointify understand Suite Numbers are common for Business furthermore they said I don’t have people going to my Business. I am a Plumbing Contractor of which people call me to come to them as their issue is at their house or business not my place of Residence or Business so why in the world would they drive to me. Anybody that has a Partnership with Google needs some serious evaluation of Specialty Trades Contractors as again Contractors like us depend us Customers Scheduling Service not coming to our Business. ### 1/5 — . *2020-01-19, version 2.3.2* The app does not rotate so you can view it in landscape for taking payments on the square stand with an iPad. This really doesn’t make any sense since they made the app compatible with square.🤷🏼‍♀️ Also, lots of reporting issues regarding the connection to square. I’ve called multiple times about this issue and they said it would be resolved on January 1, 2020 when the new update was coming out and I still haven’t seen any changes. Also, the customer service is really nice but it is not located in the US so it’s very challenging for Americans to ever catch someone on the phone when you are having issues because they are not actually awake. They call you back hours later. ### 1/5 — Crash *2020-01-09, version 2.3.2* This is a pretty good app. The website however is a lot cleaner not sure why the app isn’t as equally clean. AVOID!!! *2019-04-24, version 2.3.1* The system doesn’t work. Lots of clients trying to book and pay without success. Missing several payment and client just get fed up and leave...Help desk keep saying it might be a problem with this and that browser, but when they sold it they never mentioned that it would only work with Chrome.... Every time I get an email to approve an appointment or I check the Appointy calendar I get an error screen saying “Something Went Wrong”. It doesn’t matter if I’m connected on WiFi or cellular it never works. Utterly useless and incredibly frustrating. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — New User…Deleted *2026-06-07, version 3.0.17* I just downloaded the app and it here is not an option to register as a new user! Only options are admin and new user, not a single way to register. I was pretty upset about this! ### 1/5 — Worst *2026-02-18, version 3.0.3* Worst booking service around folks don’t use this. New update is somehow even worse which I didn’t think was possible. ### 1/5 — Crashes *2024-02-19, version 2.3.2* App immediately crashes. Has not been updated for years. Time to hire a new scheduling application. ### 1/5 — Customer email addresses are hard to update *2023-11-09, version 2.3.2* You’d better hope you enter your customer’s email addresses correctly when you add them to the customer list in the app as you will not be able to change it later. In a world where people sometimes have to change emails due to various life circumstances, this is ridiculously cumbersome. It’s possible to change every other field of information but not the email when you edit a customer. This is a tiny feature but a huge hassle. It basically forces you to re enter them as a customer just for this one piece if information (which is crucial to the entire functionality of the service provided). I’m not impressed :( ### 1/5 — Scammers *2023-07-11* If you don’t have full control of an account then it’s a scam ### 1/5 — Rename it to Crash App *2022-12-05, version 2.3.2* The only thing this app does is crash. It doesn’t even make it to the Home Screen. Terrible. ### 1/5 — Don’t normally right reviews but this is awful. *2022-07-04, version 2.3.2* As soon as i downloaded it crashed about 10 times before I could even get on the app. Then it had no option for me to create an account so i went on my web browser and made an account. Went back and the app refuses to open it just keeps crashing. The website on iphone seems to complicated to use. However, it kept saying that my username or password were incorrect even though the developers say that the app is compatible with iPhone. I logon using my gmail, but there’s nowhere to select Google as an option. Hey developers, please fix this issue!! As an example if 5 people are registered for a class and someone cancels the app says 5 people coming : [4]. The numbers should be switched as only 4 are coming. ### 2/5 — WHEN it worked it was wonderful *2024-01-02, version 2.3.2* There has not been an update to this app in four years, and as we know times have changed and keeps evolving along with Apple. This used to work wonderfully, and when I can get the app to Loadrite, it will work however, there is a glitch that does not allow the app to open up correctly and just shuts down immediately.
