## What is AppraisalPort?

AppraisalPort is a secure, Web-based work site from which appraisers can receive orders, send completed reports, and communicate with their clients. It is integrated with the CoreLogic | FNC Collateral Management System®, used by many mortgage lenders, banks, and appraisal management companies.

The AppraisalPort Mobile App integrates directly with AppraisalPort and provides users with a view into the current state of their account for up to the moment order management and communication. From the app, appraisers are able to:

- accept and decline orders
- set inspection dates
- review order engagement letters and contacts
- set out of office dates
- mobile communication is greatly enhanced using the mobile messaging features of the app

A valid AppraisalPort user account is required to access this mobile app.

The CoreLogic | FNC AppraisalPort mobile app is developed for iOS 8.0 or higher. We ask that anyone using this app to refrain from doing so while driving. If you have additional questions about the mobile app, please contact Support at 888-963-3330.

One of the worst apps ever.  The unfortunate things is AppraisalPort really doesn’t care whether it works or not.  Don’t waste your time downloading.

AppraisalPort. It’s gotta be the largest, most expensive transfer portal in the game. Their website is good, no doubt. But this app is just pathetic. Mine no longer opens. I can’t even reset the password. When it did work, you can rarely even open the engagement letters and never an attachment. One would think that such a large software company would take pride and create a functional platform. In an era of growing mobile computing, I could really, really use an app that works. I’m going to notify my lender clients that use AppraisalPort that FNC is ignoring their service providers. What a joke

I used to have no issues with this app in the past but now the log in button doesn’t even show up anymore and I can’t login at all!!

Can’t log in anymore since iOS 16.

The program won’t allow me to access AppraisalPort after entering my username and password. It stopped working a few weeks ago, tried to delete the app, but my phone still recognizes it and when I install it again, it still doesn’t work.
