Appraising Toolkit Pro is a field companion for residential real-estate appraisers. Use it on site to capture assignment details, subject property information, photos and notes, sketch areas, and systems & safety checks in one place.

The app is designed to follow a typical real-estate appraisal workflow. Start with the assignment and subject details, then walk the property while you record rooms, features, and condition notes. Add photos and quick comments so you don’t forget anything when you get back to the office.
