It doesn’t matter what I do I cannot login. This is not the first time this has happened either. I reset the password and it still tells me invalid credentials. The text to pay works great but if you need to change the default payment then you’re out of luck. It typically takes me two days to get my account reset and logged in. From what I see in the reviews this is an ongoing problem.

I’m not someone who writes reviews on anything ever but MY GOD! It logged me out randomly and anytime i try to put my information it’s saying “invalid login” without me changing ANYTHING!!!!! I reset my password to see if that works and still “invalid login” I have tried to go on their site to see if they have a customer service hotline or anything and THERE ISNT ANYTHING! Now I have to deal with my useless front desk manager at my apartment in hopes that I can pay my rent. PLEASE PLEASE FIX THIS

I’ve been apart of my new community for 3 months now and this app is an important factor for me an many others of the apartment community for us to pay rent, submit tickets for maintenance, rewards tracking etc…but long story short this app has been a headache for me these past 3 months from submitting work order maintenance requests to trying to pay rent through the app! 
The convenience is not so convenient because it gives an error message every time I’ve tried paying rent even with using a cc still I get an error message. This app really needs to be fixed and brought up to speed because right now it’s useless and a waste of time.

None of the features of claims to have ever work. IF it ever allows you to login, you can’t pay your rent, put in maintenance requests, see your rewards, NOTHING. Whoever does app maintenance DOESN'T DO IT. Nothing loads, anything you do, it either crashes or says “fetching” and never fetches. I always have to go online I’ve literally never been able to use the app.

I moved into my apartment complex less than a month ago and this app never works. It wasn’t loading but I assumed that was because nothing was due yet until I got a late notice. Then I log in to try and pay…it won’t even load! I’ve restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still nothing. This thing is horrible and simply makes a horrible experience for renters….

I like the idea and being able to pay my rent and put in orders to maintenance through an app. It’s supposed to be convenient but there’s a lot of problems that needs to be fixed. First off, the app is slow in loading. Also when it does load, sometimes half of the screen is cut off. Also I can’t see my payment history. I take screenshots of my payments but imagine if I didn’t, I wouldn’t have proof through the app that I did pay
