Are you going to send me the $18 I had to pay for it? ### 1/5 — YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED AS DEVELOPERS *2023-03-02, version 3.0.6* This app is complete garbage, it needs to be rebuilt from the ground up with quality assurance. The individuals who made this app clearly don’t have brains and are complete and utter idiots. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2023-02-27, version 3.0.6* Had no issues before and then all of a sudden I have to reset my password every time to get in. Worst app ever ### 1/5 — Worked great, until it didn’t. *2023-02-05* I started using this app back in April when I moved into my apartment complex. The app worked fine and I didn’t have any issues with it. Then, it stopped working entirely and I couldn’t pay my rent. An update was FINALLY made to it around December, and it started working again. Then, my phone updated, and the app is obsolete again. I log in, and it goes to an all white screen and I can’t do anything. Support is useless, as they don’t get back to you for WEEKS, even on time sensitive issues, and they provide absolutely no helpful information. They always tell me to talk to property management about the issue, even though the issue is with AppRent. ### 1/5 — The worse app in the world *2022-12-28* How do you create an app that makes you reset your password every time and never saves your information? Locks you out randomly from being able to pay your bill. There seems to be no updates for this application and it severely needs to be improved!. Security and password features need to be heavily improved. I have to keep deleting the app and redownloading it to try to log in. I know I’m using the right username and password and keeps telling me it incorrect. But if I go through my apartment complex WEBSITE it lets me log in with my username and password. For the last 2 months, the app does not allow me to login and prompts me to reset my password. I have done this 10+ times and still get the message ‘invalid login’, so I must log on through a web browser. The layout of appwork on the web makes it unusable. Whoever created this, please try to use it yourself to understand how frustrated your users are. The reviews speak for themselves. HATE THIS APP ### 1/5 — Shady App *2022-10-01, version 2.1.0.0* App charged me more then once after crashing and took forever for any resolution now it never works if you have any problems with this app report it as the people who made it don’t care. ### 1/5 — Help *2022-09-30, version 2.1.0.0* I enabled autopay and it didn’t charge off my rent last month and now I’m stuck with a late fee of $75. This must be addressed or I’ll be forced to take other actions. Forget this app, it’s not worth it. ### 1/5 — Broken *2022-09-27, version 2.1.0.0* Does not let you log in anymore ### 1/5 — Ridiculous *2022-09-02* I’ve tried to pay my bill and they are charging me a 3% fee to submit my rent !!!! A EXTRA $30 ! So they try to get you, saying to activate your auto pay and it will take $10 off of your rent . So I’m like okay cool, $10 goes a long way . Once I found out that I had to pay $30 extra dollars to submit payment , I wanted to take my card off and it wouldn’t even allow me to 🤦🏽‍♀️ I was promised reward points , never received them from property or through app I submit maintenance request and maintenance doesn’t show up until 3 weeks later stating that it was never received on their end. It’s just a mess honestly . ### 1/5 — HORRIBLE!!! *2022-07-29, version 2.1.0.0* Wont let me log in. I advise people to go to the website to pay in order to prevent late fees. The app was working fine at first but now I have to uninstall and reinstall every time I use it. This is not the first time this has happened either. I reset the password and it still tells me invalid credentials. The text to pay works great but if you need to change the default payment then you’re out of luck. It typically takes me two days to get my account reset and logged in. From what I see in the reviews this is an ongoing problem. ### 1/5 — WORST EVER *2025-06-02* I’m not someone who writes reviews on anything ever but MY GOD! It logged me out randomly and anytime i try to put my information it’s saying “invalid login” without me changing ANYTHING!!!!! I reset my password to see if that works and still “invalid login” I have tried to go on their site to see if they have a customer service hotline or anything and THERE ISNT ANYTHING! Now I have to deal with my useless front desk manager at my apartment in hopes that I can pay my rent. The convenience is not so convenient because it gives an error message every time I’ve tried paying rent even with using a cc still I get an error message. This app really needs to be fixed and brought up to speed because right now it’s useless and a waste of time. ### 1/5 — It NEVER WORKS *2023-07-28* None of the features of claims to have ever work. It wasn’t loading but I assumed that was because nothing was due yet until I got a late notice. Then I log in to try and pay…it won’t even load! I’ve restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still nothing. This thing is horrible and simply makes a horrible experience for renters…. ### 1/5 — Good concept but failed execution *2023-03-27* I like the idea and being able to pay my rent and put in orders to maintenance through an app. It’s supposed to be convenient but there’s a lot of problems that needs to be fixed. First off, the app is slow in loading. Also when it does load, sometimes half of the screen is cut off. Also I can’t see my payment history.
