Every time I try to make a profile, it says format not supported

I tried to set up a profile and upon completion I kept getting errors. The lat field is missing or the ing field is missing. Get this bug fixed or your app is dead in the water. ☹️

This app had me at first, but then when I received a “nudge” I was/am unable to respond any way.
No matter what I press it says, “OOPS! The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format“. 
I’ve even tried to “change the location”, but it also gives error messages no matter where I try to pin it or choose a suggested location.

Women can post pictures in bikinis, but if a man post a picture of him running shirtless with his dog it’s moderated.
Idk, bumble does the same thing to men.
