But heck it’s neat- you answer from a set of 2 short descriptive sentences that best represent the personality of whomever you presumably have to deal with. After it narrows down the personal traits, you get a short report with suggestions on how to engage with them! And it’s actually quite spot on! Yet, there is a whole “business cult” vibe to it, so I avoided tapping any links. As a user of Axiom's Discus products, I was already familier with the model used; however the sample reports and easy to use help-files will ensure all users quickly benefit from this profiling application.
