## What is ApprovalMax?

Our ApprovalMax mobile app is a native app that provides all key decision control capabilities of the ApprovalMax web version; in particular approving on the go, raising and submitting Purchase Orders, commenting approval/rejection decisions.

The ApprovalMax web version extends cloud accounting platforms such as Xero and QuickBooks Online with fully digital processes for efficient spend and revenue management. 

For Xero, ApprovalMax provides multi-role and multi-tiered approval workflows for Bills, Purchase Orders, Credit Notes, Sales Invoices, and enables Purchase Order creation and approval outside of Xero. It also facilitates x-way matching of Bills and Purchase Orders, and supports budgeting control.

For QuickBooks Online, ApprovalMax provides Purchase Order creation and approval outside of the accounting platform.

Please note: before you can start using our mobile app, the approval workflow must have been set up in the web app.

The service forced you (no option to not “try the app version”) to download the app that cannot even make me logged into my account. What’s the use of this? Just make a better mobile web version.

This App is excellent for helping to run, manage and overview the business spending whilst on the move and have a good insight into the day to day activities of our business… from how we used to manage our spending and purchase order process to implementing ApprovalMax across our business units, this has made the entire process much more manageable, effortless and auditable… couldn’t recommend highly enough for the efficacy it has brought to our entire business.

I have used the online version of ApprovalMax and experienced some initial authentication issues. By contrast, the mobile app is slick, extremely fast and no doubt equally secure. I especially like the alerts so you can approve a payment quickly. Highly recommended.

For the first time in forever I loved the fact that I could open the app and approve expenses of people in our business very easily, even opening the receipts if I needed to. 

Now, though, it is completely unusable due to the addition of two factor authentication- which simply fails. Not just for me but for colleagues as well. 

If only this could be rolled back. So sad.
