I am unable to access my 12.1.3 ebs instance via the app. My instance is available over the internet and doesn't require VPN.

I tried to connect to the app and received the error 'This mobile application is not currently configured on this server. Please close the application'. The instance is configured to connect to the app. When raised SR with Oracle Support, I was told that a VPN is required. My instance is available over internet and I can use Safari to access the instance. But using the app requires VPN sounds strange.

Hoping to get an answer.

Does not work for ap invoice approvals. Req, PO, expense reports approval worked.
