ApprUmp is built specifically for property loss appraisers. Whether you serve as a Policyholder Appraiser, Carrier Appraiser, or Umpire, the ApprUmp mobile app puts your entire appraisal practice in your pocket — built for the appraiser standing on the roof, not just at the desk.

Your appraisals, organized. Manage your full appraisal workload from a dashboard that surfaces what needs attention: active appraisals, upcoming deadlines, follow-ups, and drafts. Every appraisal tracks the panel — Policyholder Appraiser, Carrier Appraiser, and Umpire — alongside milestones, activity history, notes, files, and financials in an organized detail view.

Document the loss on-site. Capture property damage photos rapid-fire with the in-app camera, or import from your photo library. Uploads are queued durably on the device — shoot in a basement or a dead zone and everything syncs automatically when coverage returns.

Execute documents in the field. Sign PDFs with legally compliant e-signatures (ESIGN/UETA) using typed or drawn signatures, guided placement, and a full audit trail. Generate professional appraisal documents — Declaration of Appraisers, Selection of Umpire, Awards, and Retainer letters — pre-populated from the appraisal and its panel.

Stay on top of the process. A full calendar with site visits, deadlines, and reminders; tasks with due dates; and per-appraisal email — read and reply to correspondence linked to each appraisal without leaving the app.
