本体設定では通知オンにしているのに通知きたことありません。未読メールあっても未読0で表示されてるので、毎日こまめにチェックしないとお知らせを見落としてしまいます。
園の連絡で使っているので改善してほしい。

あと連絡をブラウザに飛んで確認しないといけないのも面倒です。年度初めの沢山お知らせが来る時に大量のブラウザ開くことになるのがプチストレス。

保護者が預かりだけ入力しても、園側は預かりを把握しておらず、出欠連絡の方にお迎え時間と備考欄に預かりである旨を書かないといけない状態
預かりを入力すれば園側のアプリでそれを確認できるようにしてほしい
(うちの園では預かりしたい場合に預かり項目と出欠項目から両方申請しないといけない状態です)

メールを開封しても通知バッチがとれない。預かり保育の予約で目当てのページになるまで１ページずつめくらなければならない。一括で予約できても、その後の訂正は一括でできない。なんで園がこのアプリを使っているのか意味がわからないというくらい不便です。

同じアドレスとパスワードを設定しているので、兄弟の別施設のアカウント切り替えはアプリをログアウトせずにできるようにしてほしいです。
利用施設が多くなってきているので、ここは対応してもらわないと実質アプリは使用できません。アップデートに期待しています。

アプリを入れてからずっと通知が来ません。ホーム画面にもアプリのアイコンの右上にもきません。スマホをアップデート、スマホの電源を切る、スマホの通知設定をやり直し、全て定期的にやり直しているのに通知が来ません。他の方のスマホにはきているようです。なぜでしょうか？？回答、改善願います。

メニューと各種機能となっているが、園はいまだに紙のお便りでアプリを通じて連絡は一切なく、乳児とプール時期の体調連絡にしか使っておらずアプリを開いたら体調連絡にすぐいけるボタンをつけてほしい。

大事な通知が鳴らないのはとても不便で迷惑なのでできれば幼稚園のアプリを変えて欲しいが言っても変わらないと思うので仕方なくこちらにクチコミさせて頂きました。
