Remember me function doesn’t work and I continue have to login each time... annoying I deleted the app.

Hi wanting to start a new service on your app. But there is no option to start. Only a login?!

I just got the app but it tells me ( Welcome, email and password then log on) but how or where is the button to join?

What’s the point of having a remember me button when you have to type your details in every time anyway? This is extremely frustrating, and is the reason I often don’t bother to check the app when my children’s educator sends me notifications. How many password resets can I request?

I run a FDC. Both my parents and myself love Appsessment. Just a couple of suggestions:
1. The dept of education requires 10 minute sleep checks for children, it would be wonderful to be able to do that in the app rather than have to physically write them out. 
2. It would also be great to be able to add medication in just with name/dosage/time given. 
These are the only 2 things I now do on paper so being able to do them in the app would be amazing!

Great app to see what my children are doing in a fingertip! 
A suggestion for future system improvements- can the routines (toilet time, meal and sleep time) being presented in tables instead of individual notification? This will help us to view their activities in a glance instead of scrolling up and down to capture their routine for the whole day. 

Still happy with the overall use of the app.

Fantastic app! Fantastic software. Can not fault! As a parent and coordinator for FDC, only suggestion i have is to have push notifications! Parents would love having a push come through with an observation/story/etc

I’ve used this app since 2019 it’s by far the most user friendly, you can create your own templates very simply or use the standard ones, I use it for everything no more paper for me. Parents can easily log in and read the document I publish, they can even add story’s of their own of a recent holiday or trip to the zoo. They can comment and like. They are very quick and helpful to communicate with if I have any questions or trouble. Highly recommend for FDC.

Appsessment has really helped with all my documentation needs. The default templates are great and I also create my own. Easy link to EYLF and NQS and parents enjoy watching the videos of their child . Parent involvement has increased while using the App since daily widgets and private messages and features are updated regularly! It's fantastic!

Appsessment is such a great app. It's an all in one solution for our centre. It's v easy and our parents love to know what's happening with their child and are actually involved in their communication with the staff. We love the customisation and how we can tailor Appsessment to suit our centre. New updates are done very often and all our suggestions are taken on board which we love! Compared to other apps, Appsessment has proved outstanding service and support and its very cost effective and professional. Highly recommended.
