Man kann die App nicht mal ausprobieren ohne das einem direkt ein Abo aufgedrückt wird. Zwar mit 7 Tage kostenlosen testzeitraum welches auch mit Einschränkungen ist also man Test noch nicht mal alle funktionen in den 7 Tagen! Daher nur 1 Stern, bringt mir nichts und ich zahle dafür keine 60€ im Monat 🫠

Alerta para quem está pensando em usar esse aplicativo!

Tive uma experiência muito ruim. Usei apenas uma vez para uma página em que eu trabalhava e, desde então, estão fazendo cobranças todos os meses. Já tive que abrir contestação no cartão.

Fica o alerta: tenham muito cuidado antes de cadastrar seus dados. Eu, particularmente, não recomendo colocar o cartão ou vincular informações de pagamento.

Compartilho minha experiência para que outras pessoas fiquem atentas.

O AppSorteos funciona por assinatura: é contratada de forma explícita e renova automaticamente todo mês até ser cancelada, o que fica informado no momento da compra. No iOS a assinatura é gerenciada pela Apple e se cancela em Ajustes > sua conta > Assinaturas > AppSorteos > Cancelar. O app não pode cobrar por fora disso nem acessa os dados do seu cartão, que são processados pela própria loja. As cobranças mensais são a renovação da assinatura que continuou ativa, não um cargo indevido. Se ainda quiser, fale com a gente pela nossa página de contato que ajudamos a confirmar o cancelamento e garantir que não haja novas cobranças.

In the past, you could use their app without paying for a simple giveaway; now you’re forced to pay for a subscription just to run a giveaway. I think that’s ridiculous; it’s unbelievable how companies just want to keep charging money as if they weren’t making enough from ads. Terrible app- I don’t recommend it.
