Not super intuitive, very redundant, I don’t want to have to go and select my building and floor every single day, wait for it to maybe load, to find a desk. It kills 30 minutes of my day, they need to have a default setting so you can have building and floor already set in. The big issue is that it hardly works. For two days in a row I have just been sitting here for 30 minutes trying to reserve a desk only to give up and just try and find an open one and hope that someone doesn’t book it. ### 1/5 — Very slow *2024-05-14, version 8.56.0* The scanning of the QR should be inbuilt in the app. The app needs to be faster because the transaction speed is too slow. Normally you should just make a few clicks and it's done. But Appspace decided to make it a hell. It's just loading on the website and app and you can click as much as you want, nothing will happen. Sadly the same can be said for the web application. It’s bad enough to have to book a desk to come to your office, at least help by making the process easy to use. ### 1/5 — App is low and data isnt correct *2023-05-16, version 1.3.50* the app perfomance is very low, by the time the app load me to the booking desk interface, someone has already booked desk. And this’s been happening to my colleagues as well. Another annoying thing is the the search result isnt correct. I searched out a list of available desks but when I click on one of the available desks to make booking. Feels like it runs on a mainframe computer using a tape drive for storage, hard to imagine how it could be any worse ### 1/5 — Poorly Designed - Frustrating Experience *2026-06-30* We were forced to use this awful app just to find a place to work. Adding to the misery is the fact this is a terribly designed UI and experience. Its bloated with options no one uses like favoriting a newsletter but completely lacks the basic QoL like favoriting work locations - no we have to look them up every time (save the mouse recent). The design is a nightmare and completely unintuitive - even to modern users. It was designed by people who love corporate money but hate corporate workers. ### 1/5 — Painfully Slow *2026-06-24* When I open this app, it takes almost a full minute to load. ### 1/5 — A Frustrating Step Backward *2026-03-14, version 8.95.2* The latest update has made Appspace noticeably worse. User settings reset at random — I’ve re-entered the same preferences multiple times, which is unacceptable for an enterprise app. Navigation is inconsistent with no coherent logic between sections, making it a chore to find features I used daily. Worst of all, the floor map — the core reason most people open this app — has been buried behind multiple taps. That workflow should be front and center, not hidden.
