In this case I needed to get to the Firenze Campo di Marte train station, but the bus was going to take 50 minutes (just across town). Couldn’t miss the train to Roma I wanted to take. So, I down loaded the App, registered, and set up my wallet. In 3 min the cab was at my apartment, and in 17 min we were at the train station. I didn’t know you needed to specify 5 passengers, since the option was only for 6+.
