## What is Appup Support?

The Appup app brings your Appup client space to your iPhone: your support requests, your conversations with our team and your project documents.

FOLLOW YOUR REQUESTS
Every ticket shows at a glance who has the ball: what is waiting for your reply, what is in our team's hands, what is closed. Search for a ticket and filter by status, urgency, type or project.

REPLY IN ONE GESTURE
Reply from the ticket, attach a photo or a screenshot, and state in the same message whether you hand it back to our team, whether the request is done or whether you cancel it.

REPORT AN ISSUE
Create a ticket in seconds: title, type, urgency, description and attachments.

STAY INFORMED
Get a notification as soon as a ticket changes: new reply, status change, reminder.

FIND YOUR DOCUMENTS
View the documents shared by our team and your invoices, with their payment status.

The app is reserved for Appup clients: your access is created by our team when your project starts.

• Select the platforms affected (website, iOS, Android, kiosk…), or tick "All" in one go.
• The selected platforms now appear on the ticket screen.

### 1.1 — 2026-10-02
