The first taxi I ordered was very late as the man that had accepted the journey was sat at Morrisons for a very long time before setting off, furthermore the taxi also smelled abhorrent. I decided to give this the benefit of doubt and ordered the service again due to the good reviews. The second taxi caused me to miss my train despite pre-booking the taxi hours in advance via the app, set to arrive 30 minutes before my train was set to arrive. The taxi journey was only 5 minutes long both times.
