Unfortunately, it’s not a wedding planning app - it’s specifically for organising and liaising with guests. That’s absolutely very important - something we all have to do! However, if you’re looking for an app to help you with planning, checklists, etc - this is not for you. ### 2/5 — So so *2023-09-07, version 3.12.1* Definitely not as user friendly as I thought. Very frustrated with their “widgets” which is how you enter choices like for meals. The guest list is a mess and I have had embarrassing situations of guests not being grouped together and others being grouped together that shouldn’t be. However now due to post-pandemic weddings, I would’ve imagined that an update for attendees would be to have multiple RSVPs that would download onto my calendar at the same time. Unfortunately, I have to wait until one wedding is over to then set up my account for another wedding that I’ve RSVPed for the following three weeks after the prior wedding. A great update would be to showcase multiple RSVPs is that my email has confirmed a plethora of invites. It would also be great if other apps on my phone could coincide with this app including Waze/Google Maps etc. Otherwise, everything else seems to be ordinary. You click and it keeps bringing you back - the questions/ comment field during the rsvp process don’t work - no feature to help guests communicate as promised. This is not what is described. - no client support. Nothing on the website. I found a way to create a ticket somewhere hidden on their faq platform but nobody answered. This app is really poorly build and they don’t take client seriously. You pay 45£ upfront, don’t see how bad the platform is, then they don’t have a customer support. Weddings are time sensitive and important and this app is not fit for purpose ### 3/5 — Great Idea, but pretty buggy *2022-04-10, version 3.11.0* Gosh I do think this app is an amazing idea, and I appreciate I can do everything from my phone. And for folks who aren’t comfortable downloading the app, they can view a website. In theory, all of it is great. I even paid for the personalized URL. The problem is that it’s super buggy. When viewing the events, scrolling down, even just a smidge, will cause the app to kick you back out to the main events screen. Even with filling out dates and times, it will still say Jan 0 for the date (took screenshots). I wish instead of zen desk there was a great tutorial video. Currently if you’re trying to figure out how to best put information in the app, you need to formulate your question and then search Google - this takes you to their zen desk of questions. I think it would be great to have a support or help button directly in the app opposed to having to outwardly search for assistance. Our wedding is a year and a half away, so I will update my reviews as my guests begin to interact with the app and information. ### 2/5 — Not as great as I hoped *2022-01-09, version 3.10.1* Finding it ,Unc harder to navigate than the free sites. The app would constantly glitch, stop working, and messages on the days of the events wouldn’t reach people from admin accounts. I also think it’s a pain to customize - we mainly picked it because we had several events and needed the notification and RSVP function. However, this was a nightmare app - we had better luck with the free websites. ### 1/5 — Do not waste your time *2026-01-27, version 3.13.1* Extremely tedious. Very difficult to use. I’m sure there are better options out there. Terrible user interface. No way to send save the dates without already having a contact’s email address. No way to easily collect email and physical addresses for guests. After battling the site for hours to get it to work (I’m tech savvy and had help from others) I finally gave up and purchased another app (it’s called Joy—love it!!). It was after the 14 day refund period when I reached out to request a refund; denied. Other app services are way better at this. A pity because the rest of the features are good. ### 1/5 — Not worth money, very glitchy *2023-07-10, version 3.12.1* There were many free wedding website options to choose from but we chose to go with Appy couple so that we could have the app and the many app-related features it offered. We were so disappointed with the Appy Couple app. The features we were most excited about were the ability for guests to upload photos to the photo gallery and the push notification feature... neither of which worked! The photo gallery was extremely glitchy and many guests received error codes. It wasn't clear anywhere that guests couldn't include captions. It was confusing for people to upload photos and not be able to say what they were of or why they were uploading them and it resulted in loading errors for many people. The push notification communication feature never worked period. I tried it several times and no one ever received a message. The worst part of all of this is that none of these issues became apparent until the week of the wedding when guests began using the app. While they did have responsive customer service, I was really busy that week and didn't have time to troubleshoot everything for everyone and it added stress to an already stressful event. ### 1/5 — Use & easy of app *2022-10-18, version 3.11.0* Terrible flow no zoom to page to take screenshots of content details ### 1/5 — Absolutely terrible *2022-07-19, version 3.11.0* I paid £10.99 per month for this but I can’t log in! The hotels, location, food options and everything have been put on this useless app and I can’t access it! I’m freaking out, I have to start all over with the wedding arrangements. The worst is, there is no customer service to help me sort this problem.
