Currently it is going through the cycle of this again. Since having this app fir greater than 1 year, this has been the case more often than not. No reason or error, it just won’t work ### 1/5 — Login failure always *2020-03-22, version 0.27.2385* Terrible terrible app. Login only works about 1/3 of the time. It’s a gamble to see whether it will actually log me in or just say login failure. ### 1/5 — Worst app on my phone *2019-04-02, version 0.25.1750* Forgets login credentials constantly, even if you're using touch ID. Won't even remember the client ID. I opened a ticket for this and support pretty much said they don't see a problem on their end and everything is fine. Scrolling is really weird, not fluid. When you switch between different calendars it often will show the wrong days appointments. This is the worst app I have on my phone. ### 1/5 — Need a Patient app *2018-11-15, version 0.25.1750* The Aprima NOW mobile app seems only to be available for physicians. I would like a patient version of the app because my physician’s patient portal (running on Aprima) is useless from mobile. ### 1/5 — Can’t use Face ID anymore on iPhone X *2018-11-14, version 0.25.1750* All of the sudden it won’t allow me to use Face ID anymore to login which is a huge problem. The settings only have an option for Touch ID, however on an iPhone X that isn’t even an option. Even if I do try and set it up, it crashes immediately. Worked fine before.
