There might be something blocking in between please test properly before releasing. Per transaction failure they are deducted 4 rupees from refund . ### 1/5 — Application is worst since last year to until my suggestion is don’t use this. *2025-03-30* booked a bus 5-6 times through the APSRTC application, but every time, the amount was debited, and the seat was not booked. After 3-5 days, the money was refunded to my bank account, but with a deduction of ₹30-₹50 each time. ### 1/5 — Disappointment with APSRTC Booking *2025-03-13* Dear APSRTC Team, Surprise, surprise! I booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Markapuram for today, 13 March 2025, at 21:35 PM, with a pickup point at ESI. I paid via Paytm, but guess what? My booking is empty. Isn’t it impressive how your app manages to mislead users while pocketing their money? Bravo! I highly recommend the public steer clear of your app to avoid wasting time and cash. Money has been deducted but the page doesn't redirect., as a result ticket is not booked. Money is not being refunded too. Worst to the core. Book through redBus or any other website.
