Is there anyone on the other side managing questions and/or requests? My confidence in this app is lacking and don’t feel comfortable submitting my rent payment. Remove communications option if you’re not going to respond. How did this ever get launched? I NEED TO PAY MY RENT ASAP!! ### 1/5 — Oh dear god help *2023-02-04* I’ve now reset my pin for the 19th time and I still can’t pay my way over expensive rent which I agreed to pay. Had I known that it would be this difficult to pay rent I would of stayed living at my parents. At least they took cash. It’s a 5 dollar fee to walk in the office and pay. Next time just add the 5 in and don’t say anything about how great online paying is.
