the smart lock was cool… until it just stopped allowing me to connect to my lock. NOTHING i do will allow my lock to connect, i’m paying for an “luxurious” apartment and they partnered with in my opinion a sucky company. for support you have to email them and they take DAYS to get back to you. rather than calling and potentially figuring it out the same day…

this sucks.
