Prescribers dont care about your wellbeing. Support isnt helpful. They'll let you go months without sleeping and will just say "sorry you're feeling that way" without doing anything to help.

This was by far the worst for my anxiety and my depression. These guys show no interest and no care. It started out with my intake Diane. She asked me question and would not let me elaborate. She just wanted to get me done. I went into adjust my meds by the time I talk to my specialist nobody knew the reason why I was there, and then they tried to blame me and then my specialist tricked me with a question that made me lose trust in her. She literally lied to my face on purpose. She is so unethical my less my last schedule appointment lasted 15 minutes.

My experience with Aptihealth has been extremely frustrating. Their lack of accountability is evident in their failure to process necessary paperwork promptly, which has significantly hindered my mental health care. They consistently delay signing forms and fail to forward records as required. This negligence led to my denial for SSI benefits twice, as Aptihealth failed to send my records as requested. Even when appointments are made specifically for signing forms, they still don't follow through with sending them where needed. This delay in care undermines patients' progress and ability to get their lives back on track. Additionally, their attempt to bill my insurance for services they didn't even provide is unacceptable. Upon contacting my insurance provider, I discovered numerous complaints about Aptihealth. It's clear there are better options available, and I would strongly advise seeking alternatives.

I sincerely appreciate Aptihealth and my therapist Megan. She has helped me start a career and get my anxiety under control. Im blessed I found an AMAZING therapist that understands CBT and DBT. But it did take going through 2 therapists to find this amazing lady. The support staff are always fast to help any issues with medication, messages or changing appt times. Give it a real chance and advocate for a therapist that fits your needs. But you also have to do the work. Journal, workout, eat right and find a passion and purpose. God bless everyone stuck. I’ve been there. Talk therapy is life saving. Thank you Megan and Aptihealth.

I met with someone super fast then I haven’t heard anything since an it’s been weeks I was told in the appointment that I wouldn’t be on a waiting list an here I am on a waiting list I would give this place zero stars if I could I explained I was under a lot of stress an needed a therapist as soon as possible an still haven’t heard anything back if I was suicidal which I’m not but if I was I definitely would of been dead by now waiting for these so called therapist to help me definitely don’t recommend don’t waste your time at all

Tried doing this app to get a better experience with my mental health. First of all I did my insurance information and then soon after did my I intake. Its has now been over 2 and half months and I still have not got a care team. I was directed here from my in patient services and no longer have them cause I was going to use this. Now I have no medication no therapy and a waste of my time. What’s the point of doing a intake if your never going to find me a care team. They want your insurance information but looks like all they really want is something to bill to make money.

Company is a bunch of scam artists. Used the app 8 months and during the initial set up I was asked for insurance information and when my insurance was accepted I was notified that I was covered, proceeded to use the app for treatment until the 7th month mark when suddenly I’m being told I need to keep a credit card on file or they will stop seeing me as a patient. Jump ahead another month and they’re sending me a threatening letter in the mail saying I have an overdue account and owe them a large amount of money in overdue copays that I never once received a single bill for but somehow they managed to get my address correct for a letter threatening me with a collection agency. Jump ahead 2 weeks and they’ve made an unauthorized charge to my account for over $200 which will now be getting reported as fraud. Find better treatment and help elsewhere from an honest company.

The app icon has a red dot with a 1 in it indicating the app needs my attention but there is no indication as to what it’s trying to notify me. It won’t go away regardless of logging out or reinstalling the app.

Please use literally any other telehealth app this app is the worst they’ll gladly take your money while giving subpar care with med providers who cancel just before appointments and leave you with no refills not to mention the insensitive useless therapists
