*Users must own Total Office Manager® (on version 10.4.28 or above) and Aptora Mobile II® software (on version 7.1.1.0 or above) for app to function properly. Supports iOS 13.0 and above.

The app ca scan bar-codes using the device camera in all of the forms that allow you to add items.

This app uses GPS tracking and interfaces with the Schedule Board Mapping System to display locations of assets and technicians in real time.

Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

This app constantly has issues and when one gets fixed, another issue shows up.

The app was great. But they recently did a update and changed the layout. The current look and  layout is terrible and hard to navigate.

Slow tool initially load on my iPhone. Don’t leave the app open or when you come back it starts
With a blank white screen that never changes.  Don’t waste the money on an app that doesn’t function. Constantly logs you out, freezes on page updates Website login works most of the time way better.

Add on program, must have Aptora Total Office Manger. Works great, use it everyday! Little bit of a process to get set up, we used our IT company. The older iPads- if you get a white screen, double tap “home button” and clear the app. Restart app and it starts up every time. This program eliminates delayed paperwork, increases company cash flow by excepting credit card/payments on the spot without another machine or calling
the office to process a card, which allows office staff to continue in other tasks. No program is perfect, but Aptora does a great job keeping software updated, and resolve problems as they come up. Compared to other softwares I have used- Aptora is very versatile for your company needs.
